Payment Schedule:

• All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Security Deposit:

• No security deposit is required.

Payment Methods:

• We accept all major debit and credit cards.
• Please note that Monte da Silveira operates as a cashless environment.

For Suppliers

Payment Terms:

• All invoices will be paid within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in the supplier’s quote.
